This Cookie Policy explains how Appdaso Sweden AB (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the SquadSpace website and application at squadspaceapp.com.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your preferences and keep you logged in between visits. We also use localStorage — similar browser storage — for some preferences.
2. Cookies we use
SquadSpace uses essential and functional cookies. On our public website we also use analytics cookies from Google Analytics, but only if you accept them. We do not use advertising cookies.

3. Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
On our public website — the landing pages, pricing and legal pages — we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to understand how many people visit, where they come from and which pages and buttons (for example the app store badges) they use. Google Analytics is only loaded after you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Google Analytics is never used inside the SquadSpace app, the web dashboard or the live demo.
Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. Data is kept for up to 14 months. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not use advertising cookies, Facebook Pixel or similar tools, and we do not profile you for advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View and delete cookies already stored on your device
- Block all cookies or cookies from specific sites
- Be notified when a new cookie is set
Please note that disabling essential cookies (such as the authentication cookie) will prevent you from logging in to SquadSpace. Functional cookies can be disabled without affecting core functionality, but you may lose saved preferences like language or theme.
