Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SquadSpace, operated by Appdaso Sweden AB (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

SquadSpace is a sports team management platform that allows coaches, clubs and players to organise events, manage rosters, communicate and collect payments. The service is available via web at app.squadspaceapp.com and through our iOS and Android mobile applications.

2. Account registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account independently.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent plan restrictions.

3. Subscription plans and payments

SquadSpace offers the following plans:

• Free: Core features at no cost, for as long as you use them.
• Pro: Monthly subscription unlocking payment collection, finance overview, formation editor and more.
• Club: Monthly subscription for associations managing multiple teams.

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by law.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable VAT.

4. Team payment collections

Pro and Club subscribers may collect payments from team members via Stripe Connect. By enabling payment collection you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and accept responsibility for the accuracy of amounts charged to your team members. SquadSpace charges a platform fee as stated in your plan; Stripe applies its own payment processing fee.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SquadSpace to:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or abusive
• Infringe intellectual property rights of any third party
• Transmit spam, malware or phishing attempts
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or another user's account
• Scrape, copy or redistribute our service or data without permission
• Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate sports team management

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create in SquadSpace (team data, photos, documents, messages). By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

SquadSpace, its logo, design and software are the intellectual property of Appdaso Sweden AB. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without written permission.

7. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will notify you of material changes to the service or these Terms by email or via an in-app notice.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

SquadSpace is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appdaso Sweden AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer in another EU member state you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
